Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your photography session. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 7 days notice prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a partial refund of the session fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Your deposit can be transferred to a new session date if rescheduled within 30 days.
3. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the session date may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 30%.
4. No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited.
5. Weather: In case of inclement weather, we can reschedule your outdoor session at no additional cost.
6. Emergencies: In case of unexpected emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
7. Client Cooperation: A successful session relies on collaboration. Please arrive on time and be prepared. Being 20 minutes late will result in the session being cancelled and the fee being forfeited.
